Role Description
This is a new role and a key hire as we develop our marketing strategy in new and established markets. Reporting directly into the VP Marketing, the role works collaboratively across the business, with stakeholders of all levels.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of awareness and consideration campaign briefs across multiple touchpoints (primarily paid digital, creator and owned).
- Development and delivery of the brief for internal creative teams, in order for them to generate big campaign ideas which can come to life across the above channels.
- Briefing of media agency and internal media teams, to set overall budgets and clear KPIs for them (acquisition, traffic and member volume, customer activation and retention), enabling them to optimise at a channel level.
- Working collaboratively with the PR, Influencer and social teams to bring the campaign idea to life for their channels.
- Liaison and alignment with the Product Managers across CRM, Discovery and Checkout to support full-funnel customer journeys.
- Project management of marketing campaigns from ideation to delivery.
- Reporting of campaign activity, with a clear view of how that contributes towards overall business goals.
- Detailed campaign budget management.
Requirements
- Experience managing digitally-led marketing campaigns.
- Experience with app and web focused full funnel campaign activations.
- The ability to be ‘hands on' when required, alongside delivering and developing strategic work.
- A knowledge of the US and UK premium fashion markets.
- The ability to manage budgets across media, media management, agency fees and creative output.

- Flexible Working: Our flexible working approach offers a high degree of freedom and autonomy. Individuals are provided with the discretion to work remotely on a regular basis, with an expectation that a reasonable proportion of time is spent in the office to enhance in-person collaboration.
