Senior Graphic Designer – FMCG & Packaging Design
Lead Creative Design for High-Profile Brand & Packaging Projects
Are you a Senior Graphic Designer seeking to work on ground-breaking FMCG brands?
We’re looking for an experienced lead who still thrives on pushing creative boundaries—someone excelling in:
- FMCG brand packaging (minimum 5 years relevant industry experience)
- 3D branding design, with proven expertise in ** creative packaging agencies**
- A natural leader who can guide and mentor aspiring designers
Role Summary
Manage and deliver high-impact design work for leading FMCG brands, driving consistent creative excellence.
- Primary focus on brand packaging and 3D visual identity
- Hybrid role (office-based, near Bristol/Bath/Swindon), with strong travel links
- Lead design teams, setting direction for campaigns, packaging layouts, and marketing materials

Requirements
- Essential:
- 5+ years’ experience in FMCG brand packaging design (3D branding a must)
- Proven track record in creative packaging agencies
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing FMCG projects
- Strong leadership skills to oversee junior team members
- Nice to have:
- Brands and/or experience in CPG, CPG, or fast-moving consumer sectors
- Background in illustration or digital design for packaging
