Role Overview

This role is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Brand Partnerships Specialist to support the Global Head of Brand Partnerships in delivering Cohere’s growing portfolio of global partnerships. You’ll help bring some of Cohere’s most visible partnerships to life—including our flagship Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team partnership—while working across Marketing, Sales, Communications, Product, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career who wants to gain hands-on experience working on world-class partnerships, integrated marketing campaigns, executive engagement programmes, and premium customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the activation and day-to-day management of Cohere’s global brand partnerships, including our flagship Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team partnership and our partnership with Norwegian chess grandmaster and five-time World Chess Champion, Magnus Carlsen.
  • Assist in planning and delivering integrated partnership campaigns spanning digital, social, content, events, executive engagement, and thought leadership.
  • Track partnership rights, contractual deliverables, approvals, and activation schedules.
  • Maintain partnership documentation, asset libraries, calendars, contact databases, and project plans.
  • Manage project timelines, trackers, and work streams across multiple partnership initiatives.
  • Support the planning and delivery of executive hospitality programmes, customer events, and premium experiences around global partnership moments, including Formula One race weekends.
  • Work closely with Brand, Creative, Social, PR, and Content teams to bring partnerships to life through compelling campaigns.
  • Assist in developing presentations, case studies, executive briefings, partnership reports, and internal communications.
  • Act as a key point of coordination across Marketing, Sales, Communications, Product, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and external partners.
  • Support the measurement of partnership performance by tracking campaign metrics, event outcomes, and commercial KPIs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
