💷 £28,000–£32,000 + uncapped commission

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing digital media business operating within the lifestyle and consumer space. You’ll work closely with brands and agencies to develop creative commercial partnerships while building your career within media sales.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys relationship-building, has strong communication skills, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced commercial environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Building relationships with brands, agencies, and commercial partners
- Supporting new business outreach and partnership development
- Pitching tailored advertising and branded content opportunities
- Assisting with campaign coordination and client management
- Supporting proposals, negotiations, and commercial conversations
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
- Working collaboratively with internal teams on campaign delivery
- Keeping up to date with media, lifestyle, and market trends

About you:
- Around 1 year of experience within media sales, partnerships, or branded content
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in digital media, partnerships, and commercial campaigns
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially minded with a positive attitude
