£75,000 - £85,000 + COMMS
The Opportunity
A hugely exciting opportunity to join the London team of a creator-first talent agency backed by one of the US's leading entertainment networks.
Representing an exceptional roster of creators, celebrities, broadcasters, athletes and cultural talent, this is a senior commercial role focused on driving high-value partnerships across the agency. You'll lead partnership strategy across the UK arm, unlock new revenue streams and play a pivotal role in shaping long-term commercial growth.
The Role
- Lead the agency's brand partnerships strategy across its talent roster
- Secure high-value commercial partnerships spanning digital campaigns, sponsorships, ambassadorships, licensing and long-term brand relationships
- Build and nurture senior relationships across brands, media agencies, PR agencies and marketing decision-makers
- Develop proactive partnership opportunities for creators, celebrities and broadcasters
- Identify new commercial revenue streams and partnership opportunities across the business
- Collaborate closely with Talent Managers & Senior Leadership to maximise commercial opportunities for every client
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements from initial outreach through to completion
- Represent the agency at industry events, acting as an ambassador, and building its profile within the market
- Mentor and develop the wider partnerships team whilst helping shape future commercial strategy

- 8+ years commercial/brand partnerships within a talent agency, entertainment business, or media owner
- Proven track record securing high-value commercial partnerships and sponsorship deals
- Established network across leading brands, agencies and marketing decision-makers
- Experience working with creators, celebrities, broadcasters or high-profile talent
- Commercially strategic with the ability to identify and create new revenue opportunities
- Outstanding negotiation, relationship management and business development skills
