Job Overview:
The Brand Partnerships Manager role sits within our UK team and is responsible for managing our key relationships with new and existing brand partners; ensuring high client satisfaction and demonstrating strong commercial acumen. The role is responsible for short & long term strategic planning; ensuring we have excellent relationships with our client base, helping them to achieve optimum performance though the platform whilst keeping business objectives & KPIs front of mind.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Effectively manage multiple, top revenue driving client partnerships while ensuring they all receive consistent, best-in-class customer service alongside our Brand Partnerships Executive.
- Lead outreach and negotiate numerous brand campaigns leveraged across multiple digital channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Work with clients to determine objectives, goals and KPIs, and be able to make informed, strategic decisions / partnership plans off the back of this.
- Suggest new ways to innovate and keep clients lifetime value high.
- Maintain knowledge and expertise and be a resident expert in target demographics for all clients.
- Work collaboratively with the Influencer Partnerships Manager to manage seeding campaigns; selecting the right influencers for the clients demographic and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Reporting back to clients on campaign performance via in person meetings, calls & reports.
- Monitor and keep abreast of industry trends, social platforms, events and competitor strategy to maintain competitiveness.
- Actively scrutinise and evaluate current processes to ensure we are constantly improving and evolving in line with business objectives.
- Own and build out the partnerships deck; ensuring we have innovative and exciting opportunities available, including seasonal packages and making sure this is kept up to date.
- Own and manage our weekly newsletter with the help from our Brand Partnerships Executive & Interns.
- Own the relationships with affiliate networks alongside the Brand Partnerships Executive; presenting updates, monitoring relationships and supporting ongoing client conversations to ensure Metapic is the favourable influencer network.
- Attend industry events, representing Metapic at the highest standard.
- Utilizing data and metrics to measure performance and applying those learnings to assist campaign direction.
