We're partnering with an exciting consumer brand looking for an experienced Brand & Partnerships Manager to join the team on an initial 2-3 month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-profile strategic brand partnership, taking ownership of day-to-day coordination and ensuring multiple workstreams stay on track from planning through to execution.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll lead the delivery of a major brand partnership, acting as the central point of coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.

You'll be responsible for keeping projects moving, managing timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and proactively identifying and resolving any risks along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across multiple teams including Marketing, Creative, Production and Commercial.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, acting as the day-to-day point of contact.

  • Identify risks early and drive solutions to keep projects on schedule.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
