Responsibilities
At TikTok, our Brand Partnerships Managers sit at the forefront of building long-term partnerships with some of the world’s most iconic brands. Within the Retail - Lifestyle team, you will help shape the future of brand and performance storytelling on TikTok, partnering with the biggest brands in the world to unlock innovation, cultural relevance, and measurable business impact through our most creative and effective advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow full-funnel marketing and product strategies across a portfolio of business, identifying new opportunities to scale advertiser investment.
- Lead local and multi-market client and agency relationships, driving adoption of TikTok’s advertising products, creative solutions, and strategic best practices.
- Engage C-suite stakeholders to build trusted partnerships and unlock revenue growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and market trends, delivering data-led insights that drive continuous improvement and tangible business outcomes.
- Shape TikTok’s external narrative in the category through thought leadership and proactive client engagement.
- Provide education and insights on platform trends, creative excellence, and performance strategies.
- Deliver a best-in-class client service model in close partnership with Client Solutions and cross-functional teams, including Marketing Science, Product, and Creative Operations.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Media sales, agency leadership and / or performance marketing with experience in digital marketing, social or brand partnerships.
- Track record of managing client and agency relationships, including C-suite engagement.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed commercial goals across a book of business in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a flair for storytelling.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and culturally curious.
- Solid understanding of advertiser tracking, attribution and measurement frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing globally important brand relationships across Retail and global/multi-market remit for enterprise brands.
- Understanding of the Retail sector and key players in the Lifestyle space
- Experience creating video-first creative strategies that leverage creators, trends, and community insights.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
