Brand Project Manager (Agency)

Location: MediaCityUK, Salford / Manchester (Hybrid: 3 days studio, 2 days WFH)

Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

This is a brand-new opportunity if you love to create, manage, and produce excellent design solutions, while supporting seamless synergy between our clients and our brilliant in-house teams.

What you will do...

In this role, you will hold the reins on project delivery while supporting client relationships. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Project Leadership: Lead a diverse range of brand projects for both new and existing clients from kickoff to completion.
  • Scoping & Strategy: Scope projects, write comprehensive creative briefs, and map out project strategies.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Handle estimating, detailed project planning, and internal team scheduling.
  • Client & Delivery Management: Manage client expectations and support the studio team to ensure projects are delivered to exceptional standards.
  • Financial Tracking: Maintain ongoing tracking, reporting, and budget control via project management tools (including Synergist).
  • Commercial Support: Manage client retainers, oversee project reviews, and identify strategies to assist with ongoing client support and growth.
  • Production & Procurement: Support on photo/video shoots and liaise with printers and external suppliers to oversee purchasing and costs.
  • Quality Control: Oversee strict proofing and quality control to ensure all key project objectives and brand guidelines are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate daily with multiple cross-functional teams to brainstorm innovative ideas and keep projects moving.

What we are looking for...

  • Experience: 3+ years of project or account management experience within a fast-paced agency environment. Small agency experience will be an advantage.
  • Multitasking: A proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Brand Passion: Deep knowledge of the brand lifecycle – from scoping and research to delivery and tracking results.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of agency project management tools (experience with Synergist is a big advantage).
  • Skills: Brilliant communication, sharp budgeting skills, excellent proof-reading, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Mindset: Ambition to continuously improve project methodologies and a passion for succeeding in a collaborative team environment.
