The Role
Our marketing first approach starts with understanding our customer needs. The Brand Sector Manager is the custodian and champion of the brands, driving clarity and coherence in how the brand is presented and experienced, ensuring it resonates with all our customer types.
Reporting into the Product Marketing Manager, this new role is key for the creation and management of our brand positioning, across products and sectors within the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities
- Own the brand, driving clarity and coherence across products and sectors
- Translating research insights into actions to create marketing and sales resources, adopting tone of voice and messaging across customer types and sector, taking the lead on researching and translating value propositions and industry insights and creation and maintenance of the tool kits
- Creation and development of the brands, brand guidelines and brand strategy in line with research findings
- Campaign creation and management, including concepts, agency briefings, creation of resources, assets, digital, social, website, PR, including naming protocols, reviewing existing content both online and offline and adapting in line with customer types and sectors
- Driving internal engagement working closely with internal customers, including marketing, product, sales and channel teams to ensure alignment with branding strategic direction and presenting campaigns and tool kits
- Monitoring and evaluating success of campaigns, monitoring and optimising brand health and performance across sectors
- Working to strict self-imposed deadlines and working as part of the marketing team to ensure success
- Create rep/marketing packs with key product information, phrases to ensure a consistent message across sales and marketing. Consistency of language and terminology
- Owner of CCPI ambiguous terminology across all channels
- Ensure correct sign off for competencies
