Brand & Social Manager - Global Beauty Business
Competitive Salary & Benefits - 1-2 days per week in the office in London
Futures are excited to be partnering with an up-and-coming, fast-growing Beauty brand that’s taking the industry by storm! Known for their innovative products, bold branding, and influencer-driven strategy, they’ve quickly become one of the most talked-about names across the globe.
After an incredible year of growth, ambitious growth plans to reach £100m and exciting new product launches, it couldn't be a more exciting time to join the business. Due to this growth, they are hiring for a new role, Brand and Social Manager.
You'll drive engaging, trend-led content and influencer activity across all social platforms with a key focus on TikTok across EU markets. This role is far more than simply scheduling content. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a structured, engaging social strategy that strengthens the brand's identity, increases organic reach and creates meaningful engagement across multiple markets.

Working alongside internal creator teams, affiliate and influencer teams and external agencies, you'll be responsible for bringing the brand story to life through compelling, aesthetic-first content that builds awareness beyond TikTok.
What you will be doing?
- Own and manage the social strategy across six European markets, with a key focus on TikTok.
- Develop engaging content strategies aligned with wider marketing objectives.
- Build and implement structured content calendars.
- Develop and evolve core content pillars that strengthen brand storytelling.
- Ensure every channel has a consistent but locally relevant approach.
- Monitor trends, platform updates and competitor activity to keep content fresh and innovative.
- Monitor and report on organic reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, content performance and audience insights.
- Creating content that balances: Brand awareness, product education, community engagement, creator-led content.
- Coordinate creative assets, manage agency relationships where required and help shape future plans to potentially bring more activity in-house.

What you will have?
- Previous experience within a Beauty, Cosmetics or Personal Care brand.
- Proven experience managing TikTok channels.
- Strong understanding of organic social growth strategies.
- Experience building content calendars and social strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Strong eye for creative, aesthetic content.
- Experience analysing social performance metrics.
- Comfortable managing multiple social accounts simultaneously.
- Up-to-date knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithms and best practice.
