Brand Specialist

Job Introduction

Deliver exceptional service to our customers by:

  • Sharing product knowledge
  • Creating a memorable experience
  • Effectively managing complaints when they arise

Excite and motivate other colleagues in your department by:

  • Sharing your knowledge of the brand
  • Communicating stories of newness, product exclusives, and other key updates to drive sales
  • Ensuring all team members are equipped with product knowledge through training

Understand and take responsibility for tasks that may go beyond typical role expectations, while:

  • Spotting opportunities to improve business standards, customer service, and retail excellence

Ensure compliance with:

  • Health, safety, and security procedures
  • Active involvement in preventing stock loss
