Job Introduction
Deliver exceptional service to our customers by:
- Sharing product knowledge
- Creating a memorable experience
- Effectively managing complaints when they arise
Excite and motivate other colleagues in your department by:
- Sharing your knowledge of the brand
- Communicating stories of newness, product exclusives, and other key updates to drive sales
- Ensuring all team members are equipped with product knowledge through training
Understand and take responsibility for tasks that may go beyond typical role expectations, while:
- Spotting opportunities to improve business standards, customer service, and retail excellence
Ensure compliance with:
- Health, safety, and security procedures
- Active involvement in preventing stock loss
