Roles & Responsibilities

Brand Specialist

As Brand Specialist at Selfridges, your primary mission is to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by sharing deep knowledge of the products, creating memorable experiences, and handling complaints professionally.
  • Empower and engage your team by sharing brand insights, exclusives, and stories that drive sales through motivational training.
  • Spot opportunities to improve business efficiency, customer service, and retail standards by taking initiative beyond standard expectations.
  • Follow health and safety and security protocols, actively contributing to stock loss prevention.
  • Adapt to challenges and work flexibly, collaborating across different departments with a customer-first and collaborative attitude.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships, using exceptional service to create long-term loyalty and repeat business.
