Brand Specialist
Job Introduction
As Brand Specialist, you will:

Deliver exceptional service to our customers by:
- Sharing product knowledge
- Creating a memorable experience
- Effectively managing complaints

Excite and motivate colleagues by:
- Sharing brand knowledge
- Communicating stories of newness, product exclusives, and other updates
- Driving sales through product knowledge training
- Cascading information via internal training

- Retail excellence

Uphold health, safety, and security procedures, actively contributing to stock loss prevention
