Brand Specialist

Job Introduction

As Brand Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional service to our customers by:

    • Sharing product knowledge
    • Creating a memorable experience
    • Effectively managing complaints
  • Excite and motivate colleagues by:

    • Sharing brand knowledge
    • Communicating stories of newness, product exclusives, and other updates
    • Driving sales through product knowledge training
    • Cascading information via internal training
  • Proactively take responsibility for tasks beyond role expectations, identifying opportunities to improve:

    • Business outcomes
    • Customer service standards
    • Retail excellence
  • Uphold health, safety, and security procedures, actively contributing to stock loss prevention

  • Adapt to daily challenges in a flexible role, including:

    • Supporting different departments
    • Applying service excellence and collaboration across functions
