Brand Specialist

Job Introduction

You will:

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers by:

    • Sharing in-depth product knowledge
    • Creating memorable, positive experiences
    • Managing complaints efficiently
  • Inspire and motivate colleagues through:

    • Sharing brand expertise
    • Communicating stories of new products and exclusives
    • Driving sales via ongoing training and knowledge-sharing
  • Take proactive ownership:

    • Identify opportunities to improve business, customer service, and retail standards
    • Maintain flexibility to adapt to diverse challenges
  • Prevent stock loss and uphold security by actively following health, safety, and stock control procedures
