Job Description
Your Role: Branded Sports, Senior Partnerships Manager
Global Media & Entertainment is growing Sport by Global, a branded entertainment offering dedicated to delivering the next era of commercial sport content and partnerships. As a Branded Sports, Senior Partnerships Manager, you’ll implement and deliver cross-platform sport partnerships to the highest standard, helping bring ambitious ideas to life across Global’s brands, platforms and products.
As a Branded Sports, Senior Partnerships Manager at Global, you will:
- Support the Branded Sports, Director with crafting new business pitches, sitting within Global’s Branded Entertainment division, working closely with commercial, content and production teams.
- Manage day-to-day selling and implementation of sport-led branded entertainment campaigns across audio, OOH, video, podcast, social, digital and experiential.
- Combine excellent project management with strong client service, commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Campaign Management (50%): Take ownership for the implementation and selling and implementation of short to mid-term Sport by Global partnerships and branded entertainment campaigns, from briefing through to completion, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, on time and to a high standard.
- Cross-Platform Delivery (25%): Support the campaign delivery across audio, OOH, podcast, video, YouTube, social, digital and experiential outputs, building clear project plans, timelines and delivery workflows, or working with the wider delivery team to put these in place.
- Client Service & Partnership Management (25%): Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for stakeholders, agencies and partners, delivering outstanding service, providing clear communication and proactive updates, and supporting repeat business by consistently delivering high-quality campaigns and enhancing partnership value.

What You’ll Love About This Role

In your first few months, you’ll have:
- Crafted and supported new business pitches that help convert opportunities into live partnerships.
- Managed projects from briefing to completion, delivering them to the highest standard.
- Coordinated cross-platform campaign delivery across Audio, OOH, Global Studios and Talent.
- Built strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identified and resolved delivery challenges quickly and effectively, keeping quality and client experience front of mind.

What You’ll Need
- Campaign & Project Experience: Experience delivering multi-platform campaigns with multiple stakeholders and moving parts, ideally within media, sport, branded content, partnerships or entertainment.
- Client Service Skills: Proven experience working directly with clients, agencies or commercial partners, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organisation & Detail: Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
- Commercial & Creative Judgement: Good understanding of how media campaigns come together across different platforms and formats, with the ability to balance creative ambition with delivery practicality and commercial objectives.
- Mindset & Approach: A proactive, solutions-focused attitude, confidence in identifying issues early and responding quickly and calmly, and a collaborative approach with a willingness to get stuck in.
- Passion for Sport & Content: An interest in sport, branded entertainment and storytelling-led partnerships.
