ABOUT THE JOB
Fresh2Death has been innovating student brands since 2017. Over the past 9 years our interests and passions have grown & diversified, helping shape who we are today. Whilst we still excel at throwing incredible weekly parties & one-off events, we also deliver a weekend-long festival, run a Barcelona travel brand, proudly offer a content creation service to external clients and have recently supported the launch of a social fitness company.
We love what we do and we're looking for someone who shares that passion.
We're now looking for a Brands, Events & Content Manager to help us develop our brands both online & in person. This role sits across two key areas: brand, content & social media and in person event management.

- Help shape social media strategy
- Work alongside our Social Media Manager
- Manage content creators and support shoots
- Keep our brands fresh, relevant and engaging online
- Work across external content creation clients
- Identify trends and platform shifts to influence proactive content opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
