Are you passionate about transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights? Our client, a reputable retail organisation based in London, is hiring for a talented Brands Lead Analyst - Visualisation & Automation on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic team, delivering impactful reporting solutions that drive business performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building, maintaining, and continuously improving an analytical reporting suite in Power BI tailored for the Brands team.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather and interpret reporting requirements, ensuring solutions meet their needs.
- Developing visually engaging, efficient, and user-friendly reports that serve a demanding user base.
- Creating and automating analytical pipelines using Power BI (DAX, Power Query), SQL, and PySpark to optimise data processing and reporting.
- Integrating diverse data sources into a central environment, providing real-time insights into customer, financial, and operational metrics.
- Managing the overall direction of reporting development, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
- Playing an active role in onboarding new data sources and making necessary data corrections in collaboration with the Data Domain Lead.
- Presenting final solutions clearly to stakeholders, promoting understanding and utilisation of reports.

What You'll Bring
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in analytical languages such as SQL and PySpark.
- Deep understanding of operational systems and data flows within a retail or brand-focused environment.
- Experience in building and automating complex data pipelines and reports.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
