Brands Onboarding Assistant Manager
The Role
This role is a dynamic, process-driven position focused on managing the end-to-end critical path for onboarding and maintaining external brands. Working closely with new partners and aligning with internal operations, technology, and finance teams to ensure seamless digital launches and accurate data integration. By balancing proactive project management, system administration, and stakeholder relationship building, the role directly drives operational efficiency and supports business growth.
What You’ll Take On
New Brand Onboarding
- Management of the end-to-end critical path for onboarding a new brand
- Ensure correct brand setup across all Next systems and processes
- Meet key performance targets for onboarding:
- Supplier setup
- Receiving first successful product data and imagery
- Successful first-time delivery and online launch
- Progress chase each step to ensure prompt actions and resolution of blockages
- Load all applicable defaults in collaboration with Product Operations, Product Technology, and Finance to enable an optimised online trading experience
- Work with brand and finance teams to complete the Next Supplier Onboarding Application (NSOB) swiftly and resolve sticking points
- Arrange and lead onboarding calls to ensure clarity and inclusivity, reinforcing partner relationships
- Conduct feedback sessions with brands to assess overall process satisfaction
- Produce reporting to help the wider Branded Team track new brand progress
Brand Maintenance
- Manage end-to-end process for brand changes (e.g., model type shifts, Label+ additions) across relevant systems
- Support brand queries via the Brands Support Hub

Stock & Sales Reporting
- Ensure brands are set up to receive Globalscape reporting (Daily Sales, Weekly Sales, Weekly Stock) post-launch
- Manage changes to Globalscape reporting, including brand access and new supplier code setup
International Inclusions / Exclusions
- Work with brands and product teams to align product systems availability with geographic availability
- Collaborate with ecommerce to ensure online brand availability matches inclusion/exclusion criteria
- Use reporting to identify opportunities for international sales growth
Documentation
- Align onboarding documentation with Label+ ways of working
- Maintain the Brands Support Hub with updated information
The Day-to-Day
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements and automation within your scope
- Build, maintain, and grow stakeholder relationships (internal and external) to enhance collaboration and trust
What You’ll Bring
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive operations specialist with:
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented process management
- Excellent stakeholder management, including leading onboarding calls and troubleshooting technical issues
- Data literacy to manage system defaults, analyse Globalscape reporting, and identify international sales opportunities
- A commitment to continuous improvement and optimising day-to-day workflows
- Relevant experience in retail, operations, or supplier onboarding is advantageous
