About Keeta Keeta is the international brand of Meituan, the world's leading food delivery platform. Guided by the mission of "helping people eat better and live better," we bring 15 years of Meituan's technology and operational expertise to global markets. Since launching in 2023, we have grown from Hong Kong to the Middle East and Brazil — building real value for users, merchants, and delivery partners in every community we serve.

About Mars Program Mars Program is Keeta's flagship leadership accelerator — a strategic investment in the next generation of business leaders for Brazil. This is not a traditional hire. We are looking for high-potential talents who want to build a long-term career in Brazil, understand the food delivery business end-to-end, and grow into future leaders of this organization.

You will be assigned to one of the four core pillars of our business — Merchant, Consumer, Delivery, and Business Analytics — gaining a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of what it takes to build and scale a world-class food delivery platform.

What You'll Do Your responsibilities will evolve across business areas, and may include: Drive merchant acquisition, activation, and retention strategies to grow Keeta's supply-side ecosystem in Brazil. Design and execute consumer growth and retention initiatives, tailoring strategies to local user behavior and market dynamics. Optimize delivery operations — improving efficiency, rider experience, and fulfillment quality in the Brazilian market. Conduct business analysis to translate data into strategic insights, supporting key decisions across functions. Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, collaborating with local and global teams to solve real business challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
