One Call Rescue

One Call Rescue supports motorists when they need us most, helping to coordinate fast and reliable assistance following a vehicle breakdown or accident. Our team works around the clock to keep customers informed, reassured and moving.

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our busy Breakdown team at our Doncaster office.

Role Details

This is a full-time, office-based role working a four-on, four-off shift pattern. Shifts are 12 hours and cover both days and nights:

Responsibilities

As a Breakdown Call Handler, you will support customers following a breakdown or accident, coordinating their recovery from start to finish. You will liaise with recovery agents and internal teams, keep customers informed and maintain accurate records throughout the process.
