We supply a diverse range of automotive solutions to more than 100 countries worldwide and specialise as a leading commercial vehicle rental company, offering high-quality rental services for trucks, vans, and specialised vehicles. Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong industry partnerships.

The Role: Breakdown Response Agent

The Breakdown Response Agent manages reactive maintenance and breakdown incidents during operational hours (08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday). As the primary point of contact for drivers and customers facing vehicle breakdowns or urgent defects, this role ensures:

  • Coordination of rapid response via approved repairers and external breakdown partners

  • Bridging gaps in driver mobility through temporary replacements where necessary

Daily Responsibilities

  • Assess & Assure: Manage inbound breakdown calls and provide clear guidance, reassurance, and instruction
  • Coordinate Responses: Work with repairers, breakdown partners, and recovery teams to expedite solutions
  • Arrange Replacements: Source and organise temporary vehicles to minimise disruption
  • Manage Handover: Facilitate daily handover processes from the external breakdown partner and prioritise repairs
  • Administration: Authorise reactive repairs, create purchase orders, and monitor work progress
  • Record & Report: Maintain accurate records, verify invoices, and support cost reporting and defect pattern analysis

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
