At Junior Adventures Group (JAG), we're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Club Manager to lead our Breakfast & After School Club in Ludgershall.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take your first step into management or build on your existing leadership experience while making a genuine difference in children's lives every day.
You'll be at the heart of the club, creating a safe, exciting, and enriching environment where children aged 4β11 can play, learn, and thrive through a variety of engaging activities.
π Working Hours
Monday to Friday | Term Time Only
- Breakfast Club: 07:30 β 08:35
- After School Club: 15:15 β 18:00
Total contracted hours: 19 hours 10 minutes per week
This is a split-shift role, giving you flexibility during the middle of the day for family commitments, study, hobbies, or personal time.
There may also be opportunities to work additional hours during school holidays through our Holiday Club provision.
π About the Role
As Club Manager, you'll lead a small team to deliver exceptional wraparound care experiences before and after the school day.
You'll create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where children can learn, play, and build confidence, while supporting and motivating your team to deliver outstanding childcare every day.
You'll also build strong relationships with children, parents, school staff, and colleagues, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and activity delivery.
π What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional childcare experiences
- Plan and deliver engaging activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, and structured play
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers, school staff, and colleagues
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and company procedures are followed at all times
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the club, including registers and record keeping
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence in children
- Support children's wellbeing through fun, engaging, and enriching activities

We're looking for someone who is:
- A natural leader who is confident, caring, and creative
- Passionate about working with children
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and proactive
- Committed to delivering exceptional childcare experiences
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- A Level 3 Childcare Qualification (desirable)
- Experience working with children in a childcare, education, or playwork environment
- Experience leading, supervising, or supporting a team
- A passion for creating engaging experiences that help children thrive
Don't have a Level 3 qualification? We'd still love to hear from you if you have relevant childcare experience and can demonstrate strong leadership skills.

- Youth Worker

This role requires compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
Successful applicants will be required to:
