Job Title: Breakfast Ambassador
Location: Adagio London Stratford Type: Flexible (min. 5 mornings/week, including weekends & weekdays) Shift Timings: 6:30 AM – 2:18 PM
About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Ambassador to be the heartbeat of our breakfast service. Embrace our fast-paced environment with enthusiasm, ensuring guests start their day with a warm welcome, delicious food, and a great experience.

Responsibilities
Core Breakfast Service Duties:
- Prepare and serve a diverse cold & hot buffet breakfast; attention to presentation and variety.
- Warmly greet guests, deliver personalised assistance, and efficiently clear tables.
- Ensure - stocked fridges, kitchen equipment, and display areas for refreshment needs.
- Adhere to high food safety & health & safety standards.

Kitchen & Operational Excellence:
- Maintain strict cleanliness and cleanliness standards (dishes, surfaces, utensils included) with a keen eye for detail.
- Coordinate daily food and beverage orders; robust inventory checks and immediate reporting of discrepancies to management.
Administrative Tasks:
- Handle basic record-keeping or documentation tied to breakfast service & stock rotations.
