Job Description
The hotel lounge is currently under renovation and final completion is expected by the end of July 2026. The first stage of this role will be fully focused on the Rebranding projects, so you will be another key person taking care of the official opening of this lounge restaurant along with the Hotel Manager and FB Team. A lot of energy, enthusiasm, and positivity will be the main elements to work with together!

We are looking for a motivated and versatile Breakfast and Bar Assistant (Full-time) to join our team. This is not a typical waiter/waitress role—our assistant performs a variety of all-round duties, including food preparation, buffet management, kitchen porter tasks, table clearance and cleaning, hosting guests, and supporting bar service. Flexibility and a willingness to cover all these areas are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare breakfast items, including baking bakery products and warm food daily for the buffet in the oven
- Refill the buffet according to daily demand
- Assist with kitchen porter duties including cleaning and dishwashing
- Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area
- Provide excellent hosting skills by greeting and assisting customers warmly
- Handle cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently
- Support bar service including preparing drinks and maintaining cleanliness
- Open and close shifts according to operational procedures
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout your shift
