Trading Post Coffee Roasters is an artisan coffee roasting and hospitality business that, since opening in 2017, has expanded to serve freshly roasted coffee, brunch, and cocktails across Brighton and Sussex.

We are looking for a passionate Chef who thrives under pressure and is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and growing group.
As a Chef you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food that is in line with our standards. You will be confident working in multiple sections and driven to achieve the best service results and food quality through effectively communicating and working with the rest of the team.
What You Can Expect Your Responsibilities to Be...
- Ensure the reputation for excellent food and service is upheld at all times
- Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped for service
- Support in all areas of the kitchen as required
- Undertake regular training and always be striving for self-improvement
