£13.30 per hour (plus tronc), Permanent role

About the Role
One Devonshire Gardens is a stunning tree-lined Victorian terrace in Glasgow’s fashionable West End. Hotel du Vin stands out from typical standards with its reputation for excellence in service and style. We offer a seasonally changing à la carte menu showcasing the best local produce, and our 3 AA Rosette kitchen has produced chefs who later progressed to Michelin-starred establishments.
As the Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing the continental breakfast
- Cooking from our à la carte breakfast menu
- Operating at a 1 AA Rosette standard or higher, reflecting strong experience.
This role is primarily Monday to Friday, though occasional weekend work may be required due to business needs.
Requirements
- Experienced Chef De Partie with proven AO-level or greater kitchen standards -atoire experience (minimum 1 AA Rosette kitchen)
- Eagerness to advance your career in a high-standard culinary environment
