Breakfast Chef

The Bell Inn is a historic, 350-year-old coaching inn located on the edge of Stow-on-the-Wold in the Cotswolds. We offer premium food and service while preserving the inn's character. With fourteen en suite bedrooms, a front garden/terrace, and a cozy log burner, we provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests and a positive work environment for our staff. We prioritize work-life balance and foster a healthy, fun team dynamic.

Requirements

  • Existing Chef with a passion and flair for producing quality fresh food.
  • Experience cooking dishes to order in a fast-paced environment, particularly for breakfast service.
  • Demonstrated passion to deliver fantastic food consistently.
  • An active, hands-on approach to cooking.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Active team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity and contribute to menu design and daily specials.
  • Great planning and organizational skills to manage GP and labor costs effectively.
  • Pro-active approach to driving sales and growth through team engagement.

The Bell Inn sits proudly on the periphery of Stow-on-the-wold, one of the gems in the Cotswolds. Steeped in history the town is the perfect location from which to explore both the stunning countryside and charming towns around every corner. The Inn is 350 years old approx; we aim to provide the very best in offering great food and premium service at the Inn but take great care not to dilute any of its ancient characters.
