Set in 142 luxurious rooms and suites, featuring stylish dining, meeting spaces, a health club, spa, and pool, this role offers the chance to be part of IHG’s first hotel in London within the prestigious Vignette Collection.


About the Role

We’re seeking a Passionate Breakfast Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team on a Part-Time basis (24 hours per week, 3 morning shifts).

This role requires:

  • Precision in food preparation and presentation
  • Attention to detail in section management
  • Collaboration in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a hospitality or kitchen setting (advantageous)

Responsibilities

Your duties include:

  • Supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality, consistent breakfast dishes under standards of excellence.
  • Overseeing a dedicated kitchen section, ensuring:
    • All dishes are prepared per recipes, specifications and hygiene protocol.
    • Stock is controlled, rotated, and waste minimised.
    • Workstations remain impeccably clean and organised.
  • Working closely with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth, efficient service, particularly during peak periods.

Requirements & Skills

  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef De Partie or similar role in hotels/restaurants (preferred).
  • Proven culinary skills with a passion for high-quality food creation.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
  • A reliable, positive and team-oriented approach to thrive in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Must meet UK working requirements.
