Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef de Partie to join their pioneering pre-opening team for this prestigious luxury hotel, set to open later this year.

As Breakfast Chef de Partie, your day-to-day will include:
- Leading à la carte breakfast service with culinary precision
- Assuring quality, consistency, and refinement in all dishes
- Supporting junior team members and guiding line execution
- Mise en place for breakfast and other meal periods
- Adhering to food safety protocol, including storage, hygiene, and waste prevention
- Contributing to cost control and profit optimisation

Essential Criteria
Professional Qualifications & Experience
- Formal NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in culinary arts
- Current Basic Food Hygiene certification
- Prove of expertise in breakfast service (or equivalent)
- Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification for recommendation
Industry Standards
- Proven ability operating efficiently under pressure
- Ability to lead junior staff with approachable guidance
- Exemplary communication and comfort within high-volume kitchens
