Breakfast Chef - Immediate Start Available

As a Breakfast Chef at L'ETO, you will take charge of your section in the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard. You’ll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and will support the Sous Chef in the execution of fresh, creative menus. This role requires a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within L'ETO.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Breakfast Chef, fully understanding day-to-day routines and challenges of a professional kitchen.
  • At least 1-2 years working in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Strong team player, with the ability to communicate with and motivate others.
  • Experience working in a similar role, ideally within a high-quality, fresh food, fast-paced kitchen.
  • Ability to handle the pressure of a fast turnaround, table service brunch, lunch, and dining establishment.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and assist colleagues.

  • A valid L2 (or above) Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen working with a varied menu with fresh ingredients.

Benefits

  • Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 depending on experience
  • Hours: Full Time (50h) and Part time available
