Breakfast Chef - Immediate Start Available

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented cook or chef to grow their career with a forward-thinking, fast-paced business and use their skills to create unforgettable moments of excellence for our guests. Our Chefs ensure consistency and quality in our kitchens and help create memorable moments for our guests that enrich their overall experience. We are a supportive and hands-on team, and we expect team members to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in, and assist their colleagues whenever the need arises.

As a Breakfast Chef at L'ETO, you will take charge of your section in the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard. You’ll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and will support the Sous Chef in the execution of fresh, creative menus. This role requires a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within L'ETO.

Requirements

  • Take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard
  • Have excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Be a strong team player, with the ability to communicate with, and motivate others
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment whilst maintaining focus on quality and consistency
  • Have experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-quality, fresh food, fast-paced kitchen
  • You will have worked as a Breakfast Chef for at least 1 year, and will fully understand the day to day routines (and challenges) of working in a professional kitchen
  • At least 1-2 years working in a professional kitchen environment
  • Hold a valid L2 (or above) Food Hygiene certificate (preferred)
  • Have worked in a fast-paced kitchen working with a varied menu with fresh ingredients (preferred)
  • Can you handle the pressure of a fast turnaround, table service brunch, lunch and dining establishment?
