Location: Carlisle
Salary: £12.90 per hour

Job Description
BaxterStorey is currently seeking an experienced Catering Assistant to prepare and serve a full breakfast service on Saturdays and Sundays (6am–11.30am), as well as perform front-of-house (FOH) duties on Monday (7am–2pm). This is a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
- Cook and prepare a full breakfast service for customers on weekends
- Collect orders from front-of-house and food preparation stations
- Ensure all food and presentation meet high-quality standards
- Contribute to the overall smooth running of the breakfast service
- Support front-of-house duties (e.g., table management, customer service) during Monday shifts
Requirements
- Must have cooking experience
- Must have a strong knowledge of Food Safety Management standards
- Must be physically capable of handling tasks required in a fast-paced catering environment
- Must be willing and able to commit to weekday front-of-house duties
