We’re looking for a Breakfast Cook to join our team and help deliver a fantastic start to the day for our guests.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in organisation and cleanliness, and loves preparing high-quality, fresh breakfast dishes in a small, well-run kitchen.
What you’ll be doing
Preparing and delivering our daily breakfast menu to a high standard Working independently in a small kitchen, managing your time and prep efficiently Ensuring excellent food quality, presentation, and consistency Maintaining high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety Managing stock, basic inventory, and minimising food waste Helping create a welcoming and relaxed breakfast experience for our guests

What We’re Looking For
1+ year of kitchen experience, ideally in breakfast, café, or hotel service Confidence working alone and managing your own section Strong organisation and time management skills A commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and high standards A positive attitude and willingness to work with the wider Wilde team
