A brand-new restaurant has recently opened in Mayfair, and we’re looking for a talented and ambitious Breakfast Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

This beautifully designed space offers an exceptional dining experience, combining high-quality cuisine with outstanding service in a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere from morning to night.

This new opening is the latest addition to BVC Hospitality, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognized food concepts, including NAC, Le Café NAC, Crème, and Supernova. With a strong presence in London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Hospitality is known for blending creativity with operational excellence, delivering outstanding dining experiences across multiple markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in an ambitious new concept, working closely with senior chefs to refine your skills and contribute to world-class breakfast dishes.


POSITION SUMMARY

As a Breakfast Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in preparing and executing our breakfast offering to the highest standard. You’ll support your section, ensure smooth morning service, and work under the guidance of senior chefs to learn, develop, and maintain the quality and creativity that define our menus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to the highest standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Support your section and ensures service runs smoothly during busy morning periods.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the wider kitchen team, providing support across sections as needed.
  • Assist with stock rotation, portion control, and minimising waste.
  • Learn from senior chefs and build your culinary skills with a focus on breakfast service.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service delivery.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Some experience as a Commis Chef or Demi CDP in a quality kitchen environment, ideally with breakfast or brunch service.
  • A genuine passion for food, especially breakfast and pastry work, and eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills to keep your section running smoothly in the morning.
  • Dedication to high culinary and hygiene standards.
