Breakfast Host Leader
We’re looking for a Breakfast Host Leader to bring energy, pace, and personality to mornings at Point A Hotel Waterloo. You’ll lead the breakfast experience from start to finish, making sure everything runs smoothly, looks great, and feels effortless for our guests.
From setting up the buffet and keeping it fresh, full, and beautifully presented, to managing stock, cleanliness, hygiene, and ensuring we are fully compliant with food safety, health and safety and allergen procedures, you’ll take real ownership of the service. You’ll set the tone for the team each morning, coaching and supporting others to deliver the warm, simple, and brilliantly efficient guest experience Point A is known for.

What We Are Looking For
- A passion for delivering a high-quality breakfast experience and leading by example
- A positive, energetic, and proactive approach to early-morning operations
- Confidence to support and guide the team during service
- Willingness to work collaboratively across departments
- Commitment to personal development and supporting team growth
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of hospitality standards
- A team-focused mindset with integrity and professionalism
- Previous experience in a breakfast or food service role (supervisory experience desirable)

- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to commute to the hotel location
