What began with THE NICI Bournemouth, our flagship hotel inspired by Miami's South Beach, has grown into an exciting collection of destination-led properties. In June 2026, the collection expanded with the opening of THE NICI Newquay, inspired by Italy's Amalfi Coast, and THE NICI New Forest, inspired by the luxury and charm of the Hamptons.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to lead our morning food and beverage operation, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service to start their day.
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and wider Food & Beverage team, you will oversee breakfast service, support team development, and help maintain the high standards expected across THE NICI Collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the breakfast service operation.
- Ensure exceptional guest service at all times.
- Support, motivate, and develop the breakfast team.
- Manage guest requests and resolve any issues professionally.
- Ensure restaurant presentation and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Assist with staff rotas, training, and daily briefings.
- Support stock control and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider hotel teams.

About You
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food and beverage supervisory role.
- Passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Professional, organised, and proactive approach.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
