This is a part-time permanent position. The ideal candidate will provide the highest service levels to all of our guests, maintaining our Four Red Star standard. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor in the restaurant, you will need to work effectively at all times, ensuring attention to detail and exceptional customer service with a subtle selling technique. Your ‘can do’ attitude which you will use with guests and with your team members will be one of your biggest strengths.

Restaurant Supervisor Key Responsibilities

  • To provide the highest quality of guest service in the Restaurant.
  • To consistently exceed expectations and offer a personal, informative service to enhance the guest's enjoyment and maximise upselling opportunities.
  • In the absence of the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager, oversee all Restaurant operations to ensure not only the highest standards of service but also outstanding product knowledge.
