Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our iconic Breakfast Restaurant team.

Responsibilities
As a Breakfast Supervisor at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily breakfast operation, ensuring a smooth and efficient service from setup to close.
- Leading, training, and supporting the breakfast team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high performance.
- Ensuring food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are consistently met in line with company and health regulations.
- Managing guest reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests, resolving any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service, and assisting with scheduling, cash handling, and team administration.
As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shifts begin at 5:30am (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

Requirements
- To be a successful Breakfast Supervisor candidate, you must have previous supervisory/management experience in a food and beverage setting.
- You will be an enthusiastic leader, with excellent organisational skills and a passion for hospitality.
