An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, innovative qualified ACP, to join our Breast Services team providing expert clinical care across the Service.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-quality Breast services at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, improving patient outcomes across the South Yorkshire and beyond.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be a member of the team working as an autonomous accountable practitioner, assessing and managing patients. They will work on their own initiative and in close collaboration with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to deliver safe, timely patient-centred care. Experience of working in Breast services is desirable but not essential.

Requirements
We are seeking an inspirational and influential leader who is confident, dynamic, and visible with existing experience or a willingness to develop significant experience as an ACP within a Breast service. The successful candidate will be committed to progressing through and completing the ACCEND ACP framework. Working with department managers and wider teams the individual will be required to ensure that clinical quality standards are consistently achieved and maintained.
