About the Role
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Breast Health Sales Specialist to join our Diagnostic Oncology division. Reports into East of England (covering Leicester, Cambridge, Peterborough, East Anglia, Norfolk and North London), this field-based role focuses on:
- Managing and influencing buying decisions in existing accounts
- Expanding into new accounts in a competitive market
- Leading sustainable growth within a high-performing team
- Blending clinical expertise with sales advisory, including demonstrations and education on BD products for Breast Oncology
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop BD’s breast biopsy portfolio (vacuum-assisted and core needle biopsy devices) in established accounts.
- Win new business at symptomatic and screening breast centres.
- Collaborate with Breast Radiologists, Breast Surgeons, and Radiographers to drive adoption of BD Oncology offerings.
- Accurately forecast monthly sales and deliver detailed business review briefs.
- Drive value-based business propositions aligned with clinical and purchasing decision-makers.
- Identify and nurture key opinion leaders to influence patient outcomes, positioning BD as a strategic corporate partner.
- Support clinical engagement through product training in Breast Radiology.
- Leverage company tools, CRM systems and technology effectively to inform strategies.

Primary work location: GBR Crawley – with up to 80% travel, including occasional overnight stays.
About You
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical device sales within theatres, cardiology, or radiology environments.
- Adaptability in navigating complex sales cycles and competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of health economic tools, NHS/SC criteria, NICE guidelines and Payer policies.
- Demonstrated expertise in high-stakes product demonstrations, engaging multiply stakeholders/influencers.
- Data-driven approach to analyzing customer behaviour and delivering clinically robust solutions.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with ability to teach and articulate clearly to diverse audiences.

Who We Are Looking For
Salary range: £45,000 – £55,000+ bonus plus benefits package.
