About The Cromwell Hospital

The Cromwell Hospital is a major international private hospital in West London receiving both UK and international patients. We are committed to providing the highest quality healthcare outpatient and inpatient service care. The hospital has 180 beds and 4 suites, theatres, medical and surgical wards, cardiac center, CDU, level 2 and 3 full intensive care facilities, pediatrics, diagnostic services, physiotherapy, a dedicated day surgery unit, and a new cath lab.

You’ll Make This Happen As

Breast Pathway Coordinator

As the Breast Pathway Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of a coordinated breast care service across Cromwell hospital and clinic sites. Under the general guidance of the Breast Care Service Manager/Lead Mammographer, you will be responsible for all activities in the symptomatic breast clinics and provide a link between Hospital, Patients, Consultant, and other service users.

  • Coordinate patient registration, preparation of outpatient accounts, receipting payment for hospital services, booking follow-up appointments, and further diagnostic examinations utilizing RIS and reconcile the performed imaging requests with Compucare.
  • Interact with patients, consultants, staff, and visitors in a way that creates an experience in accordance with the BUPA code: putting customers at the center of the service.
  • Ensure there is radiologist and surgical cover for all breast pathway sessions at Cromwell, Basinghall, and Canary Wharf, escalating concerns to the breast services lead or divisional manager as appropriate.
  • Attend fortnightly breast services meetings raising any clinical or operational concerns.
  • Coordinate a patient journey across multiple sites to ensure the patient receives timely diagnostics.
  • Ensure all patients who have undergone biopsies have results returned and escalate any non-returns as appropriate in line with service KPIs.
  • Monitor utilisation of breast clinics across sites and alert any areas of concern to management.
  • Train administrative staff in supporting one-stop breast clinics offering support with RIS, BOSS, and compucare training where needed.
  • Be fully conversant in all areas of Reception and cover where needed; either Main Reception or other areas where patients are “arrived” in a department.
  • Actively meet and greet patients and visitors in a warm, respectful, and courteous manner at all times, acting in a way that actively contributes to the promotion and improvement of the Cromwell Hospital and BUPA clinics brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
