Company Description

Reset is Islington’s first contrast therapy and breathwork studio, created for busy Londoners to reset, restore, and feel more alive in their bodies. We combine sauna + cold plunge experiences with guided breathwork and therapeutic, science-informed facilitation to support nervous system regulation, resilience, and emotional release.

More than a studio, Reset is a growing community, a space to recover, reconnect, and return to life with clarity. We’re opening on January 2026.

The Role

This is a zero-hours, on-site role supporting our guided contrast therapy sessions (heat + cold) with breathwork and somatic, therapeutic guidance. As a Breathwork Facilitator, you’ll lead grounding, empowering group sessions and help create an environment that feels safe, inclusive, and well-held.

You’ll co-host sessions alongside our Guest Experience Lead (GEL), ensuring each class runs smoothly, professionally, and in alignment with Reset’s facilitation and safety standards.

As these sessions will be conducted in our sauna and cold plunge areas, we’re looking for a facilitator who is comfortable guiding sessions in swimwear and has hands-on personal experience with contrast therapy. This includes familiarity with both sauna and cold plunge practices to help our clients feel at ease and supported throughout the experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
