ROLE PURPOSE
Based in our Grade II listed flagship, a short walk from Euston station, you will embody our desire to provide a memorable experience for every bride that walks through the door, listening and guiding them to the perfect look. You will represent Halfpenny London as an ambassador of style and knowledge and contribute to delivering a high performing store.

Working full time on-site, Tuesday - Saturday, including evening and weekend hours subject to scheduling, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering a memorable experience for every bride by providing excellent service in appointments, styling guidance and follow-up communication
- Converting sales with a close eye on sales targets
- Managing your CRM to ensure sales are converted and payments are received on time
- Maintaining the gold-standard for the boutique visual merchandising
- Taking initiative to actively participate in daily store operations
- Owning customer queries and complaints, ensuring swift follow up with a solution-driven approach

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven sales experience working in a similar role within a bridal store
- Accepting applications from all experience levels to fill this newly created position
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with particular emphasis on conversion and up-selling
- Excellent communication skills
- An open and proactive mindset, seeking to problem solve and take action
