The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Technician – Bridge & Civil Structures to strengthen and expand our reinforced concrete (RC) detailing capability in the region while contributing to large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality technical outputs, including:
- Reinforced concrete detailing
- 2D drawings
- 3D models across all project stages—concept design to construction
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to support water, rail, highways, and urban infrastructure projects
- Ensure complex, high-impact schemes meet client and regulatory standards

Requirements
Essential:
- Strong background in civil engineering and structural detailing, particularly for reinforced concrete
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, with RC detailing software experience
- Experience working in BIM environments and using information management tools (e.g., ProjectWise)
- Confident collaborating in multidisciplinary teams for quality project delivery
- Committed to mentoring and knowledge-sharing within the team
Desirable:
- Experience with 3D modelling in Tekla, Revit, or MicroStation
- Familiarity with bridge and civil structures design
- Exposure to parametric modelling, automation, or digital tools
- Professional accreditation prospective/towards (e.g., ICE Technician Member)
