Role: Bridge Coordinator

Academy: Outwood Academy: Hasland Hall

Start Date: 01.09.2026

Salary (Actual Salary): £23527.91 - 24302.90 (Grade 6)

Working Pattern: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday (8.00 - 15.30) - Term time (38 weeks) Plus one week.


Are you adept at managing supportive learning environments for students who face significant barriers to engagement? Join us as a Bridge Coordinator, where you will serve as the Gatekeeper and manager of the Bridge provision. This role is integral to the Deep Support team, focusing on re-engaging vulnerable students by providing tailored resources, developing study and social skills, and managing strategic behavioural interventions.
