How You Can Make Your Mark
As a Bridge Supervisor (CSV) for [Ultimate Marine Solutions Limited](https:// UltimatMarineServices.com), you will ensure safe, efficient, and successful operations on a Construction Support Vessel (CSV). You will hold significant responsibility for project compliance, team coordination, and upholding Boskalis’ safety goals: No Injuries, No Accidents (NINA).
Your role is critical in overseeing subsea, deck, and quayside operations while driving a high-performance culture aligned with local laws, Boskalis standards, client requirements, and leading industry practices.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:
- Oversees the safe, compliant, and on-time execution of project work scopes under contractual agreements and project-specific procedures.
- Directly reports to the Offshore Construction Manager.
- Ensures hazard identification before operations, covering ROV, back-deck, and quayside activities, along with vessel/marine operations.

Project Safeguarding:
- Continuously monitors and enforces adherence to procedures, control measures, and best practices for every risky operation.
- Maintains detailed risk assessments (HIRA) and toolbox talks, ensuring all team members contribute to discussions and documentation.

Team Collaboration & Meetings:
- Facilitates regular meetings (project briefings, toolbox talks, Level 2 HIRA considerations, safety reviews, and incident investigations) to align personnel with Boskalis Management of Change (MOC) processes.

About the Role
You will be part of a dynamic offshore energy division team, reporting directly to the Offshore Construction Manager while overseeing ROV Supervisor, Project Engineer/Field Engineer, 3rd Party Equipment Supervisor, and Deck Foreman.
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- OPITO-approved training:
- ISO 17024 BOSIET with CA-EBS and UPDAT (unless otherwise stated in local regulations)
- MIST (for UK Continental Shelf only)
- OEUK Medical clearance
- Significant offshore experience, primarily on DP vessels.
- Extensive background in supervisory roles, with progression toward becoming an Offshore Construction Manager.
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Subsea construction processes
- Crane operations, rigging, lifting, and QHSE protocols
- ROV operations, DP pipelay, and survey techniques
- Practical understanding of local/regional and international offshore legislation.
