To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work Sundays 23:00-07:00. Please only apply if you are able to meet these requirements. In order to comply with UK & Ireland working time regulations, you must be over the age of 18 to work between the hours of midnight and 5am, please only apply if you are above this threshold. This role is Full-time, up to 5 shifts/ 40 hrs per week, shift times are 11pm-7am.

  • Taking ownership of the stock areas, including the fridge, freezer, and stock room.
  • Putting away deliveries from our suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Recording the temperatures of chilled and frozen deliveries.
  • Ensuring that all stock is correctly rotated and stored.
  • Maintaining clean, organised stock areas.
  • Reporting any issues promptly.

This is a physically demanding role involving regular lifting, moving, and rotating of stock. The role also requires working inside the fridge and freezer, as well as outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

To join us you'll need to be confident in dealing with external contractors as well as the restaurant team. You'll also need to understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and service as well as cleanliness. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.

Quite simply, you'll be working in our fast moving, high energy environment and you'll be required to assist the restaurant management team in operating the store efficiently by maintaining the equipment and building in prime condition. You'll need to work with external contractors to make sure repairs are carried out with minimal disruption to customers. As a key part of the restaurant team you will work as a supportive colleague and demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm for the standards in all areas of the restaurant inside and out.
