We currently have vacancies for Trainee Traffic Management Operatives at our Bridgwater site.
The Role
You will be responsible for the safe delivery of all Traffic Management in line with company policies and procedures.
The purpose of your role will be to deliver Traffic Management solutions for our clients in line with Health and Safety regulations.

- Set up traffic management sites in line with National Highways Sector Schemes 12AB and 12C
- Complete risk assessments
- Load vehicles safely with the Traffic Management required
- Complete daily vehicle checks
- Report any near misses to either your Depot Supervisor or Manager
- Assist with maintaining depot stock levels by ensuring all equipment is placed in the designated area, specifically batteries for recharging
Due to the nature of the Traffic Management business, the role requires physical activity, so the ability to perform in this aspect is essential. In addition, with the reactive nature of the business, the role requires flexibility and adaptability regarding working hours which may consist of days, nights, and weekends.
