Role Description
Working within the Bright Flex / Bank team, you can combine the convenience of bank/agency work with the security and benefits of being an employee – offering the best of both worlds!
In this role, you will:
- Support colleagues in delivering the EYFS through engaging children in educational and entertaining activities, encouraging development towards key milestones.
- Contribute to a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks (such as room tidying and preparation) are completed.
What We’re Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children—roles such as:
- Nursery Practitioner
- Nursery Nurse
- Early Years Educator
- Nanny
- Childminder (or similar)
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to use multiple communication techniques with both children and adults
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
